Steve has been a pleasure to work with on our newly converted kitchen, dining and entertainment space and porch. Steve has turned our dream kitchen into a reality and gone above and beyond to ensure that we are happy with every bit of it; including working with us to create a hidden doorway from the kitchen through to the porch. Steve has been incredibly patient throughout the whole process and his attention to detail is impeccable, even spotting and replacing a small chip on one cabinet door that we hadn’t noticed. Steve’s knowledge and experience shines through, and he was able to guide us through the process seamlessly, making suggestions along the way and ensuring that every part of the design was tailored to our needs. We had a vision of what our perfect kitchen would look like and from the outset Steve made sure to understand exactly what we wanted. You can tell that Steve takes great pride in what he does and strives for excellence in the finished product. Tim, our kitchen fitter, has also been fantastic to work with and shows incredible attention to detail in his craft. We would not have wanted anyone else to design and fit our kitchen, and I cannot sing Steve and Tim’s praises enough!

After having a new kitchen installed just 12 months ago by someone else, I was neither happy with the counter tops I had chosen or the installation of various elements. I contacted Steve to see if it was possible to change things and am thrilled with my “new” kitchen. Steve and his team were informative, professional and despite encountering many “hidden” problems which they resolved efficiently and without any drama have now given us the perfect kitchen. I can only say that I wish I had made that call 12 months ago. At the same time as having the kitchen revamped I had asked Steve to give us some ideas for fitted wardrobes and cupboards in our very small second bedroom. Again, his suggestions have been exactly what I wanted and his team installed them so quickly. The remote controlled under cupboard lighting sets everything off beautifully. Again another amazing job. Have already contacted him for our next project.

Steve and the team at Colourhill were fantastic from the first phone call to the final installation of my new kitchen!

Ordering a new kitchen was a daunting process as I was doing it for the first time, but Colourhill were great throughout the entire process – helping me to choose a design and a layout that would suit my house. The installation team were also professional and efficient, getting everything built to a great standard within the agreed timeframe and they always spoke to me whenever any potential problems came up.

We are extremely happy with the contemporary kitchen and utility room that Steve and Colourhill have provided for our newly extended open plan living area.
During the design process Steve was very keen to understand what we wanted from the kitchen and any ideas that we had. We went into it very open-minded so Steve provided us with a number of books to give us some ideas and then guided us through the process. He worked in conjunction with our builders and the architects drawings to determine the appropriate dimensions of the space, and iterated the design as the building work progressed and small changes were made to the area. Steve showed a good attention to detail, ensuring that the kitchen retained its open feel when the building work and design meant that there could have been a tight walkway between the kitchen and utility room.
Our fitter Maz was incredibly friendly and was very focussed on ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction throughout the fitting. There were a few issues identified during the process with small imperfections on the unit doors, but these were replaced quickly and without any hesitation.
Steve was also able to source some matching pieces which we have used for shelving in our living space, allowing the kitchen design and feel to flow through the open plan area.

Colourhill have completed an amazing transformation of a poorly utilised space. We had an initial project to update a previous family room / kids play room (which was messy and under utilised) to a large office/kids toys storage space. Steve has an eye for a design and was able to fit our requirements and budget with a sleek and spacious design using all the available space. We wanted to create a new office space and also have enough storage space for the toys.

We now have a very modern, sleek office in the day with doors hiding various toys (and all office admin) which come out in the evenings and weekends! The doors are push fit close with no handles and it creates a highly professional look and the desk outlook to the garden helps provide natural light and a view for those long teams calls! We have integrated a sofa bed into the design resulting in a truly multi functional space: office, playroom. study and bedroom if required! We use the space every single day now, so its a truly worthwhile investment.
